About Matt

I am a UX designer, educator and front end developer based in Pittsburgh, PA.

I have a diverse background including UXUI design, design instruction, web development, art direction, graphic design, video production, photography, motion graphic animation, marketing and training.  I have dedicated my career to leading cross-functional teams of highly motivated forward thinkers and problem solvers and have a proven track record of process improvement. 

I thrive in creative teams that use design thinking to overcome obstacles but can deep dive on technical issues to troubleshoot and debug roadblocks.  I’m a strategic thinker that considers or invents alternative courses of action for any problem.  I build bridges and foster collaborative environments at all levels of organization.  I take pride and personal ownership of my commitments and strive to find new ways to use my talents and energies.
